TRX40 LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEM

The TRX40 is a reliable Laser Engraving & Cutting System, made in the European Union with state-of-the-art control systems & compact construction at an affordable cost and with highly economical consumables.

It is easy to use, fast in production, easy to install and maintain and can be used to cut and engrave a wide range of materials such as rubber, polylaser, plastic lamination, plexi glass, wood, paper, glass and with use of Cermark, Thermark paste can mark stainless steel, metal & aluminum.

It is ideal for making stamps, prizes, commemorative plaques, signs, decorations, stencils, sample for cutting pack- ages, invitations, seals, etc.

Features a 20″ x 12″ (500mm x 300mm) worktable with a detachable honeycomb surface included in the standard equipment, while the large vertical axis allows you to work with large objects up to 12″ (300 mm) in height.

The TRX40 laser system operates with a water-cooled glass laser tube that emits 40 watts on 10600nm, with longlifespam (more than 2,000 hours of operation), which is much more cost-effective compared to an RF source.

TRX40 is equipped with Auto Focus and Red Dot Pointer to easily locate the cut-out limits.

It is designed for optimal use even with larger objects, as it features a large practical opening at the top for easy access, and a front door to easily place larger objects on the work table. The transparent cabinet door allows the user to monitor the work progress within the LED illuminated cabin.

The TRX40 system basic equipment includes:

• CW-5000 water cooling system (refrigerant machine, not a simple exchanger) for fixed temperature at source to ensure uninterrupted operation, prolonging the life spam of the laser tube at the same time.
• A « blower » air pump system that delivers air on the laser head that blows away dust and debris while cutting or engraving, protecting the lens.
• It has a built-in operation control panel with LCD display and can save, edit, and perform tasks autonomously without using a computer.
• TRX-40 comes with its own metal stand.
• Connectivity: Can be connected to a PC via USB 2.0 or Ethernet.
• Has a built in USB port for connecting USB flash drive (file transfer with « USB flash drive « )
• It is accompanied by a flexible user-friendly operating system.
• Works with Vector files: dxf, ai, plt, dst, dsb, cdr& Bitmap: bmp, jpg, gif, png, mng, and a special practical plug in for importing illustrator, CorelDraw, and AutoCAD files. It has a convenient Print Preview function, so that the user can easily identify and diagnose any errors before actually starting to cut or engrave.
• As an option a 2-stage filter with active carbon and dust pre-filter can be supplied with inverter technology, manufactured in the EU.
